meet our newest little bundle of joy! he came into our lives the day after christmas! i cannot believe he’s already 5 weeks old! his name is KREW ZACHARY and was born on 12/26 at 4:27 a.m. weighing in at 9 pounds (thank goodness for a c-section) and 21 inches long! he is just the best! we are loving having him around and the girls are in heaven! they are great helpers and obsessed with loving on him! i think i got these shots on day 8 or 9….i wanted to share all of them but i’ll spare you and just include my faves. all eight of them. :) and i have the birth announcements all ready to go. except that they are not addressed or in envelopes and have been sitting on my dining room table for over 2 weeks! life has changed and my productivity is not the same! i’ll get them out one of these days. you see how long it took me just to do this blog post!!! anyway – enjoy his little sweetness and be ready to see much more of our little krew-baby on this blog and on facebook!

the fabulous embry family! my very last family to blog from 2011! i’m sure i’ll add some of my own but this beautiful family is a great one to end on! styled perfectly, as always, they are one of my favorite families to photograph each year (and throughout the year)! of course, amanda is the fearless owner of the style house in frisco, where my studio is located. and can you see why that is so fitting?! anyway – love you guys and hope you have enjoyed your holiday pictures this year!!!

i am such a loser! i keep forgetting i still have 3 sessions to blog from the holidays! i am officially at the end of my pregnancy and my brain has pretty much shut down! anyway – sweet jackson is SO SO CUTE!!! i was so excited to meet him and do this session. hope you guys like them!

there is just something about seeing a daddy with his little girl. i don’t know if it’s because i have two girls and i know how much they adore their daddy (and vice versa) or what. but i just love these! hope you guys enjoy – it was great to meet you!

so great to see this family again! i had the chance to do landry’s two year pictures and then liberty’s newborn pictures a couple of years ago. i can’t believe how big they’ve both gotten! hope you all enjoy!

the cassidys! of course we love this family…lara is my sister-in-law and the precious hayden & shay are my nieces. we just kinda let chris fit in b/c we feel bad for him. ;)

i have had such fun getting to know this family! sweet little ben is in kamdyn’s class this year at preschool and we have just hit it off. so glad the whole fam was able to come into town and make this session work! everyone is so kind and easy-going! we had a fun day doing these and i hope to see everyone again soon!

meet the steels! we have just loved getting to know this family over the past year! nicole plays soccer on kamdyn’s team and it has been so great getting to spend practice and games and even a few dinners with this wonderful family! we look forward to many more! and i just love these images we got….hope you do too!

don’t you remember baby alek from just a few months ago?! look how big and adorable he is! yes he is wearing a cute little belt with that fab shirt and is just styled up. so great photographing the whole fam for the holidays! and i just love seeing you two with a kid!!! i hope you enjoy the images!
